About the Event
Ages 6-11
Thursdays, 3-5 pm. (No class on March 14 for Spring Break )
This class is a guided composer and artist study. Each week, students will spend 30-45 minutes enjoying unstructured play on Ferntop’s campus, with art supplies and artistic invitations available to them for self led exploration. They will spend the rest of class being led by Miss Tess and Ferntop staff in studying an artist, composer, or both. The study portion will include hands-on interactions and explorations of works of art and music, immersed in and inspired by Ferntop’s picturesque natural environment. Over a 10-week session, students study the beauty of the arts, surrounded by some of God’s most beautiful natural creations.
