Composer & Artist Study
Enrichment for Homeschoolers (ages 6-11)
Thursdays, 3-5 pm. This class is a guided composer and artist study. Each week, students will spend 30-45 minutes enjoying unstructured play on Ferntop’s campus, with art supplies and artistic invitations available to them for self led exploration. They will spend the rest of class being led by Miss Tess and Ferntop staff in studying an artist, composer, or both. The study portion will include hands-on interactions and explorations of works of art and music, immersed in and inspired by Ferntop’s picturesque natural environment. In two 10-week sessions, students study the beauty of the arts, surrounded by some of God’s most beautiful natural creations.

$400 per child.

*There will be no class on March 16th, as the school will be closed for spring break
Our classes are held 100% outside, except in the event of severe thunderstorms, in which case class may be held in the indoor classroom for safety purposes. During extremely cold weather, class will be held in our commercial sized greenhouse classroom.
We follow Williamson County Schools for weather closures, so while rare, there is the possibility of last minute cancellation of class during inclement weather. This will be communicated as soon as the decision has been made to provide time for families to adjust accordingly.
We do not require face coverings in any of our spaces.
